  • Longer description:
As part of the missions science operation centers (SOCs), an add-on service is provided to the scientific community to access ancillary data. This service is offered for Rosetta, Mars Express, Smart1 and Venus Express. At the moment, we maintain a ftp server offering access to the original attitude, orbit and event data originating from the operations center (ESOC) located at ESOC. Part of this data is converted into SPICE kernels (orbit, attitude) and new kernel files are produced, e.g. frame kernels, instrument kernels and orbit numbering files. Datasets compliant to the Planetary Data System standard will be produced soon and made available via the PSA User Interface.
