The NanoSIMS 50L is a Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometer with Cs+ and O2- primary beam, 7 detectors, a 100nm high reolution imaging mode and a high precision spot analysis mode.

Standard sample mounts are 10mm, 12.5mm and 25.4mm diameter rounds, flatness better than 10u
